Supercar rental for luxury hotels in Barcelona: what a concierge partner should look like
No five-star hotel in Barcelona lists a supercar rental on its own site. What a concierge should ask a car partner, how the referral works, and how Supercars Barcelona is built for the desk.

The gap on the experiences page
Barcelona's five-star hotels sell wine tours, private chefs, yacht charters and chauffeurs. In September 2026 exactly one of them advertised a supercar product on its own website, and that product was a short driving experience organised by a third party, not a rental. The guest who wants a Porsche for the Costa Brava on Saturday still gets a phone number and a wait.
That is a poor look for a concierge whose job is certainty, and it is why we designed the rental around the desk rather than around the driver alone.
What the desk needs from a car partner

If any of those answers begins with "let me check", the desk moves on.
How the referral works
- A net rate, 12.5 % below list for concierges and 15 % for DMCs on volume, agreed in writing before the first referral.
- A partner-tagged booking link on a printed card for the desk. Every booking through it is attributed automatically.
- A monthly statement per property, with the referrals and the commission, paid by transfer.
- A photo report to the guest at delivery and return, copied to the desk on request, so the hotel sees what the guest sees.
Handover at your entrance
We deliver to the hotel entrance or garage at the agreed time. The driver checks are done beforehand from documents the guest sends us, so the handover is a walk-around, a signature and a key. Front axle lift is fitted for the garage ramp. Return is the same in reverse; the deposit hold is released within five working days.
Who is behind it
Supercars Barcelona is founder-run and owns the car it rents. There is one number to call and it is answered by the person who will bring the car. We are not a broker listing other people's fleets, and we do not sell hour-long drives, tours or track days. Day, weekend and week rentals of one new Porsche 911 Turbo S, and more cars as the first one proves itself.
